More about James Rifino

Early on, James had two passions: Architecture/Design and Medicine. Working as an architect's apprentice for 2 years, James helped with the redesign of people's homes including large renovations and landscape design. He volunteered as a teen for his town's all volunteer ambulance service, developing an interest in medicine as a result. After initially pursuing a career in architecture and engineering, James decided to apply to medical school while keeping up with real estate trends and design. Over the last 20 years, he purchased and sold real estate, renovated properties, and worked with many contractors and other trade professionals. With "quality" and "detail" as his top priorities, he has come to acquire a referral network for high quality tradespeople who may be able to help with your situation.

James understands the purchase and/or sale of a home is one of the most important and personal choices you can make over your lifetime. He understands the decision to purchase and/or sell one's home is not without significant anxiety and thought. Decreasing your anxiety by keeping you informed is his top priority. Buying or selling your home is a journey, and James promises you 5-star service along the way ensuring a smooth and informed transition.

As an Emergency Physician, James understands the personal needs of medical professionals and all professions with schedules outside 9am-5pm. When he purchased his first home, he saw multiple homes before he found the "perfect one" for that time. A home extends beyond the exterior walls, and he personally understands that noise and light may be your top considerations when choosing the right home for you. Next to entrusting one's healthcare into the hands of a medical professional, a realtor is likely as important with regards to a person's sense of feeling "safe" and "comfortable" whether you are a seller or a buyer.
