More about Linda Sperandio

I always look for the WOW factor, after getting to know what is important to you. I love searching for condominiums, homes, and apartments in every price range. I do know how important it is to find that right fit.

I have lived in Massachusetts for much of my life, but grew up in Newport, RI, which inspired me to live and work inside some of the most beautiful mansions in Newport. I purchased a condominium in Newton 20 years ago, became a Trustee, and managed the condo association for many of those years. Previous to that I lived in Watertown and Waltham and know the areas well. I am now living in Concord with my partner Rob, who is an Antiquarian bookseller and collector. I am a landlord to my Newton condo. During the Spring and Summer weekends, you can usually find me in Yarmouth on Cape Cod, where I can also continue helping you find a home. After searching for apartments, condos and houses for several years, real estate became a hobby for me because I enjoyed the search so much. It took me over a year of searching to find my special place to call home, so I do understand how important a good home search is.

After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition and becoming a licensed Nutritionist, I worked in Boston hospitals, restaurants, hotels and government public health; planning menus, controlling budgets, managing staff, planning events, and enforcing food safety in Massachusetts. I always had real estate in the back of my mind. I enjoy lots of interests including ballroom dancing, other dance styles and performed in a dance company for over 10 years. I love music, cooking, travel, estate sales and am an avid foodie. In my spare time, you will find me at estate sales looking for treasures. I love travelling to Italy and all over Europe and spent many years studying Italian language. Although I am not fluent in the language, I know my Italian food! I volunteer for Open Table and have been a volunteer for the Boston Symphony Orchestra and The Second Step.

The feeling of home brings me great comfort which I enjoy sharing with my customers. So lets try to find something where you can hang your hat and stay a while.
