After selling real estate while affiliated with Coldwell Banker for almost 10 years, I am thrilled to be able to mentor and coach agents as Branch Manager of our fabulous Plymouth and Duxbury offices. I am a firm believer in being a non-competing broker in order to focus all my energy on individual agents and office growth. I offer one-on-one coaching and group career development training and I’m always around 24/7 for questions, brainstorming and mentoring sessions revolving around individual needs and client situations. Management and staff with Coldwell Banker are equally committed to helping our agents achieve their business goals. A sampling of what we offer:

Education – Our affiliates have access to a variety of educational opportunities, including resources to help you GROW your business. Our AMP class (Achieve Maximum Productivity) is a powerful five week productivity program which boasts a strong focus on lead generation. We also offer classes on working your sphere of influence and also classes on the many tools Coldwell Banker offers. Along with those, we offer classes on forms, agency and more!

Administrative Support – The offices have full time staff members to support realtors with their administrative needs. They serve as transaction coordinators throughout the sale process and are also available for marketing assistance, advertising and training. We also have a great marketing specialist to further help you with all of your marketing needs.

Marketing and Tech Tools – Coldwell Banker is a company that is always on the cutting edge of emerging trends and technologies in the industry. Our associates have access to a wealth of tools, including a top notch CRM system, digital listing presentations, social media advertising platform and much more.

Management/Coaching – As branch manager I devote my time to ensure the success of every agent. I’m committed to helping each person develop a business plan and support agents through the tough business of selling real estate. I’m here to support and mentor in whatever way possible.

Office Culture – At Coldwell Banker we are a hard working group who likes to have fun! We laugh a LOT at our office and have a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages being a team player. From experienced colleagues to rookies, we recognize and reward talent. We also work to support multiple local causes through our We Care program, a voluntary program many of our agents participate in.
