James Parks is an enthusiastic and aspiring real estate broker in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Virginia and Florida, and currently serves as the Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Realty's Annapolis and Crofton, Maryland offices. With over 39 years in the real estate industry, he has consistently demonstrated sound leadership, excellent entrepreneurial ability, and an unwavering commitment to his goals, which have significantly contributed to his growth and tremendous achievements. James obtained his real estate license at the age of 18 and has continually devoted himself to lifelong learning, which has seen him become a broker in three states. He is now working on his broker’s license in Delaware.

Starting his real estate career in 1984 with Century 21 Chesapeake Realty in Pasadena Maryland, James managed to become a top agent in the company within just 6 months. After only two years in the industry, James co-founded Century 21 Action Realty in Glen Burnie Maryland then sold his shares to his two partners a year later. He moved to Coldwell Banker Grempler Realty to become the company’s Sales Manager where he oversaw the development of the Glen Burnie and Greenspring Valley office to their current number 2 and 3 respectively among the business’ 21 local offices. He then served as the District Manager with a Century 21 affiliate before starting his own brokerage firm, Century 21 Mount Vernon Realty, which he managed until he joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2020. Prior to this move, James had overseen the growth of his firm to two offices and 120 agents, making it one of the top Century 21 brokerages in Maryland and one of the top REO brokerages in the country.

Across his tenure as a realtor, James became an extremely productive salesperson with over 2200 satisfied buyers and sellers. He has a deep understanding of the challenges agents face in this sector, hence is committed to helping his team members overcome every situation and grow their businesses. He has spent most of his career with Anywhere Real Estate, also known as Realogy's brands, because he believes in the need to identify oneself with a globally recognized name.
