Michael Spenlinhauer started his real estate career in 2006 as a developer and investor of residential property. In 2018 Michael expanded his career in real estate by becoming a REALTOR®. Michael is currently a sales agent for Coldwell Banker Realty, Kennebunkport. Michael’s experience with land development, permitting, and the custom home building process gives him a unique perspective when working with clients. Michael moved to Kennebunk in 1999 with his wife. They have 4 children in various schools in southern Maine. Michael and his family enjoy the many outdoor activities Maine has to offer. Michael enjoys working with people and looks forward to guiding them through the real estate process.
