Mission Statement

Tom and his team member, Jean Bain, offer over 25 years of real estate experience. Their objective is to understand and then meet the needs of their clients. They do this through hard work, a strong understanding of the real estate industry and market, and use of top notch technology. They are partnered with industry leader, Coldwell Banker Burnet, which since 1973, has been guided by a set of principles. Over the years, they have been modified to reflect a changing environment, but the basic mission has remained the same: to create and promote positive experiences for our customers and communities; opportunities for personal growth; change and innovation; and a fun, fulfilling, and respectful environment.


Tom and his partner, Jean Bain, offer expertise in all areas of the real estate business including working with both buyers and sellers on residential homes, short sales, foreclosures, new builds, as well as commercial properties. Tom has strong knowledge of the entire real estate process from marketing, to market analysis, inspections, purchase agreements, appraisals, and closing. Every step in the process is important and Tom follows his clients step-by-step to bring them the best result possible.

Personal Background

Tom was born and raised in Minneapolis. For most of his life, Minneapolis is the city Tom called home. Tom works hard and plays hard. He most enjoys sailing with his two teenaged children as he participates in races with the Black Bear Yacht Club on White Bear Lake.
