Education and Training
Being up to date on market trends and the latest industry practices is an important part of our quality customer service delivery. That's why we have a comprehensive education and coaching program with classes taught by experienced real estate industry professionals. Our program runs the gamut from our Foundation Builder program for new sales associates, to our Master's Series courses for our experienced agents.

We also have formalized community outreach through the Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation where our mission is to Support housing-related needs of people, at all stages of life, in the communities we serve.

Personal Background

Every sales associate brings a set of skills that encompasses their unique personal experiences and their educational achievements. This individual background is combined with specialized Coldwell Banker University real estate training to produce highly-competent, well-rounded real estate professionals that are respected in the industry and by their customers.

I started my Real Estate Career back in 1990 at Century 21 working with foreclosures and short sales. I gained a great deal of knowledge not only on the foreclosure process, but also about the many hardships and unexpected situations in life that lead up to a foreclosure in the first place. Some of what I did also involved putting together "creative financing" for my clients who had just lost their homes including non-qualifying assumable mortgages, contract for deeds, and wrap mortgages.

In trying to learn more, I worked at Eagle Realty for a few years where I really got my education in Real Estate because of the many deals I did. No two transactions are ever the same and you never run out of new experiences. I learned what to look out for and how to handle many challenging situations by knowing the options and presenting them clearly to my clients.

I landed at Coldwell Banker Realty (then Burnet Realty) in 1996. Over the years I have gained knowledge, implemented those skills and received certification in Home Staging as a major marketing influence in selling a home fast and for the highest price.

Other background includes 10 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer, and several years as a Real Estate Closer specializing in Relocation and REO (bank owned) properties.  I have studied Real Estate as an Investment and know how to find, fix, and resell quickly, and efficiently!  

Other interests include Life Coaching to create a life you love, gardening, cooking, pets, and natural health.
