Thank you for taking interest in me as your real estate professional. A home is where a family gathers, makes memories, and lives their lives together. That means when it is time to move, finding the right person to appreciate how special your home is priceless. I entered the profession of residential real estate services in December of 1980. My professional background also includes many years in residential mortgage banking. Working with first time home buyers to high net worth families. I understand the challenges, and risks my clients face when buying or selling a home. I have a distinctive blend of executive professionalism and an insiders knowledge of the market. My philosophy is to provide my clients exceptional service and insightful knowledge and become a trusted advisor to help you make a better informed decision. I feel I have an exceptional ability to listen to my clients, whether they are first time home buyers or seasoned buyers and sellers. I am focused on exceeding my clients unique needs. Every transaction is different and has its challenges but I pull upon my past experience and extensive network to make sure things move smoothly and assure that the transaction is as seamless as possible.

As a Coldwell Banker Realty sales associate I serve the twin cities metropolitan area. Our metro area coverage includes an office in Hudson, Wisconsin, and I serve a portion of western Wisconsin. I am licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and can transact real estate business anywhere in those two states.
