Jill Aboussie, owner of City Restoration & Revival LLC, is a St. Louis native who has dedicated her career to her two passions in life: Real Estate and Wine. Before diving full time into real estate, Jill spent several years in the wine industry as a Sommelier, Wine Educator, and Sales Consultant to St. Louis' top restaurants and wine retailers. In 2002 she started City Restoration & Revival LLC, a company which restores and manages historic buildings in the city of St. Louis. Under Jill's leadership, City R&R has built a substantial real estate portfolio of historically renovated properties. Jill leads all aspects of buying, selling, renovation project management and rental portfolio management.

After renovating several projects from the ground up, Jill has a developed a deep understanding of how a building and it's systems should function. She also has an extensive knowledge of how to handle buying/selling negotiations. Her personal experience in working with banks, lenders, insurers, building inspectors, appraisers and title companies will allow her to guide you through all of your Real Estate decisions with ease.
