Bryan is a licensed Realtor and seasoned real estate investor with extensive renovation and resale experience. Raised in a real estate family, Bryan has been participating in renovation projects since childhood, and leading investment renovation projects for 20+ years. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he received a B.B.A. in Finance from the Tippie College of Business.

His additional professional experience includes certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and information technology leadership roles including Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, and Finance Lead. Bryan is also a Boston qualifying marathoner and certified USAT Triathlon coach, specializing in marathon coaching for individuals and running groups.
