My career as a successful top producing agent has prepared me for my leadership role as Branch Vice President and Managing Broker in the Hillsborough/Montgomery office for 5 years, and now as VP and managing broker in the  Princeton Junction office.  In my 25+ year career as a listing and selling agent, I have excelled in all types of markets and in every market segment. I share my effective skill sets with my agents to help them to provide the ultimate customer service experience that leads to developing lifelong clients.

As Managing Broker, I initiated weekly workshops for my agents to help them stay ahead of the curve for our clients. These workshops have been effective in communicating the current industry trends and implementing our newest technology tools used to help our sales, administrative staff, and affiliate partners.

Providing one-on-one coaching sessions for my agents ensures that they are the most knowledgeable and effective sales agents in the marketplace. Helping them to discover their own strengths is essential in delivering cutting edge, exemplary, and extraordinary service that our clients deserve.

The cornerstone of Coldwell Banker's existence is giving back. I champion that pledge to our community as I was humbled to receive the company's Humanitarian of the Year award in 2012. The strength and unity of our team's efforts offers aid to charities and support to local activities in the Hillsborough/Montgomery area.
