My wife and I met in Belmar while both of us were there for the summer with friends. After tying the knot, we decided to stay near the shore and settled down in Monmouth County where we have lived for 30 years with our two kids. 

Years ago I started to get into investing in rentals and flipping houses and finally decided to get my real estate license, not only for my own investments but also to help others through what can be a very daunting process without the help of a realtor.

I've been in the IT industry for 40 years, since high school, and currently have a dual career, 

Another advantage I have is that I'm a very hands on person, and have worked part time as a contractor in all areas of home renovations, from finishing basements to decks and raised patios, plumbing, and electrical. I'm also a car enthusiast, and most of my weekends are spent working on cars, when I'm not golfing, fishing, or more recently, disc golfing which is my latest passion.
