New changes for 2023.

After a career spanning almost 40 years, including that of a top producer, manager, owner/broker of a multi office Real Estate franchise, and most recently, the Regional Instructor for Coldwell Banker in Connecticut and Westchester, I'm growing again!

I'm proud to say that I am taking my Real Estate expertise to another level!  Here's why:

• I've been a full time Realtor since 1984 and have been a top producer, manager, Owner/Broker of a multi-office Real Estate firm, and most recently the Regional Sales Instructor for Coldwell Banker in Westchester & CT.  I've seen Real Estate at all levels and all markets
• I earned the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation from the National Association of Realtors (less than 3% of all agents nationwide achieve this designation and continue to learn what's needed to grow through the education offered through CRS 
• I hold the prestigious CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage Manager) designation from the National Association of Realtors (even less agents nationwide achieve this designation) which allows me to help brokers and managers effect change within their companies
• My experience and personal learning bring a unique skill set to agents and managers that I have the opportunity to work with. I know what it's like to be in the shoes of my students!
• I hope that my desire for continued learning fosters an example for continued learning in all affiliated agents and managers that I personally have the pleasure of helping.
• I strive to be my best...every day..... for every agent, manager, or client that asks me a question, attends my classes, or needs my help.
• I am and will always be an educator. 

So, what's new? 

I'm introducing Donna Bruno Coaching and Consulting. 

I am still a licensed Real Estate professional but I am now offering coaching to agents and managers.

Why?

Many agents come into Real Estate thinking that they will make a lot of money.  For most, that never happens because they don't treat the business as a business.  As a result, almost 80% fail out of the business within 5 years.

For those that hire me as a coach, that won't happen!

Many of my courses are already written but I will always be in development of new courses, because the Real Estate market changes all the time and agents need help when it does!

I see myself as a "techie." I'm always onto a new resource to help agents run their businesses most efficiently. 

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, I earned a BS in Pre Med/Minor In Chemistry at Iona College. Right out of school, I had the opportunity to work as a Research Associate at the prestigious Rockefeller University in New York City. I then decided to move closer to home, where I worked with Oncology (cancer) research professionals doing breast cancer research at New York Medical College in Valhalla.

As a former scientist, I bring a very strong analytical sense to Real Estate. I can see how agents can improve their businesses very easy and teach with that strength.

Yes, I could still go back to selling and be a powerful Real Estate professional, but today, I feel my strength is to share the wealth. It's so rewarding when agents tell me that I've made a difference!  I am fortunate to say that there are a lot of them.
