Education and Training
My undergraduate degree is in Psychology which has helped me to raise my family of three children and continues to be an asset in my real estate dealings. I have been a licensed real estate sales associate with Coldwell Banker since 1992. I acheived my broker's license in 1996. I participate in a wealth of ongoing continuing education in an effort to keep abreast of the current trends in the real estate market.
Awards and Designations
I have been a consistent top producer. Additional certifications include: Coldwell Banker Previews Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, Senior Residential Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institue (GRI) designation.

With the completion of my Accredited Buyer Representation Certificate, I am uniquely qualified to provide expert service to buyers; both to those entering the market for the first time as well as the more experienced real estate consumers. Relocation experience and technology proficiency round out my expertise.
I have lived in the area for 32 years, active in youth and school activities: PTA, scouts, recreation, childcare board and six years as a school board member.
My family consists of my husband, three children and six grandchildren. Many years of local community involvement have brought me extensive knowledge regarding area schools and community affairs.
