Personal Background

A lifelong Ohio resident, I enjoy home projects, playing volleyball, reading, four-wheeling and cheering on my favorite football teams. However, most of my entertainment comes from my family. Our kids' sports (volleyball, football, basketball, baseball, and track) keep us busy! My husband, Ray, and I flip houses, and I’ve learned so much from the good, bad, and ugly that comes with it all. I’m able to pass along the knowledge, contacts, and insight to my clients, as well as assist in their own home design and renovation needs. This experience has become a valuable asset. I've been described as being "optimistically perseverant," and as a Cleveland Browns & Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan, you can take that to the bank! I'm loyal, competitive, and always ready to stand in the gap for my people!

 

After graduating from Bowling Green State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science of Journalism, I enjoyed time in sports broadcasting, teaching, & coaching volleyball before finding my passion for Real Estate. I became a licensed Realtor in 2015 and started my team, Kaple & Co., in 2019. In 2022 we finished as the #9 Large Team in Coldwell Banker Realty, the largest brokerage in Central Ohio with the greatest market share, and are an International Diamond Society Team!

Community Involvement

I believe one of the greatest investments one can make in his or her community is simply time. I have volunteered for a few local organizations including International Friendships Inc (IFI), where I served as an English conversation partner to visiting international students & scholars. I was a small group leader for Heritage Christian Church’s middle school program, Encounter, and a member of MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) at Heritage. I have also a counselor & cabin mother at Camp Otyokwah in Butler, Ohio, and help out as a parent volunteer at Cherrington Elementary School in Westerville. What I love about each of these activities is that I am able to include my children, and instill the importance of service in them, while building relationships with people close to home and all over the world.
