More about Kathleen Radcliff

I am pleased and proud to be a part of the Coldwell Banker Metro team, and to serve my clients well as their trusted advisor.

Kathleen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, (NAR); OhioRealtors and Columbus Realtors. She has earned the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designation from US Probate Services, and serves on Columbus Realtors Realtor Care Day and Builder-Realtor Alliance (BRAC) committees. She has served as vice co-chair and co-chair of the Affordable Housing Committee, and is a member of the Bexley-Eastmoor-Berwick Realty Association; Midtown Area Real Estate Association and North Area Real Estate Association.

A Little Bit about Kathleen
Kathleen is an active member of Vaud-Villities, a non-profit troupe that is the longest continuously performing musical theatre troupe in the nation, and lifts her voice in praise and worship as a member of the the CrossRoads Baptist Church praise team.

Business Philosophy

Kathleen believes that all of her clients should like to go home, whether their home is a two-room loft, a 20-plus room mansion, or something in between. "It's my job to ensure that they do,' she says, by taking care of all the details involved in the process. "At one point or another in my life, I've been in the home buyers shoes, and I've walked the home sellers path." She sees her role to serve as an advocate, teacher and guide to her clients.
Education and Training

Kathleen attended Worthington Christian High School, and is a proud graduate of Northland High School and The Ohio State University. She was educated in real estate at the Hondros College School of Business. "My history teacher at Worthington Christian, Bill Keane, told us to "never stop learning," she says. "It was excellent advice to a high school sophomore then, and even better advice now."
Personal Background

Kathleen has a diverse background, including over a decade working in the field of community news as a reporter for Suburban News Publications, as well as free-lance for the Columbus Messenger, ThisWeek and South Side Voice, and as an on-air volunteer with VOICEcorps. She sees her work in the field as excellent training for her work on behalf of her clients.

She is also a small business owner as a Mary Kay consultant (marykay.com/kathleenradcliff) and a commercial/character model and talent with Pro-Model and Talent Management. (pmtm.com)
