More about Tracy Coe
Born and raised in Central Ohio, a graduate of Worthington High School, a proud mother of my wonderful two daughters and a resident of Worthington, I have long loved Columbus; with its overwhelming number of opportunities (workplace and otherwise), abundant diversity in nearly every capacity, and rich, storied history, you'll be hard-pressed to find a more intriguing, more loving place to call home.
Before my career in real estate, I earned my B.S. in Food and Nutrition from Arizona State University, which I attended on a gymnastics scholarship. After graduating, I moved back to Columbus and worked for eight years as a dietitian and five years at Ohio State University Medical Center's Wellness and Prevention Center.
For 13 years, I was a real estate consultant, which I loved dearly. There's something special with helping people find the perfect home or helping someone sell their current home to move onto a new chapter in their life. Each client was a new opportunity, but with basic principles which I came to live by (honesty, perseverance, and being as knowledgeable about the market as possible), I quickly built a highly successful business. I used my experiences and these principles to help my clients make the wisest possible real estate decisions, and when the opportunity came to me, I was excited to move onto a new perspective: managing a real estate office.
My experiences as a manager have been wonderful, to say the least. I truly love what I do! Whether they're a brand new agent or a 30-year veterans of the business, helping agents develop a business plan, achieve their goals and succeed with a such a wonderful company is incredibly rewarding.
If you've ever been interested in the real estate industry and would like to chat about the market/what sort of opportunities you may have, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your time!
