If you're at a job you don't like and you're looking for another career path, or you're already into your real estate career and want to grow your business, I can help you. I know this, because I did it.

I was a police officer for 8 years and wasn't happy with my job. I knew I didn't want to live my whole life working shifts and weekends, so I decided to get my real estate license. I loved the idea of having the flexibility of my schedule, so I wasn't missing out on doing things with my family and friends. The opportunity of not having a cap on my income was also very exciting.

When I got my license and worked both jobs full time until I was making more money as a real estate agent. I had many co-workers, friends, and even family tell me it was a bad idea to quit the "good job" I had, because it was comfortable. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and I quit my job as a police officer. I sold 4 million in my first calendar year and made top 100 agents out of 1000 for Coldwell Banker in my second year as an agent.

I can contribute my success to having the drive to to make a better life for my family, Coldwell Banker's resources, and having a great mentor. I came to Coldwell Banker after starting my real estate career with another broker. It was the best decision I could have made, even though I was again "comfortable" and happy with my other broker. The tools and training Coldwell Banker provided allowed me to better understand the market, become more efficient, and ultimately grow my business. Being paired with a great branch manger/mentor was a recipe for success.

This lead me to the opportunity as a Branch Manger to be a coach and mentor to agents. I'm able to teach new and experienced agents what helped me become more efficient and grow my business. I teach agents how to build their business through their sphere of influence, social media, referrals, and the resources Coldwell Banker provides. Every week I hold a sales meeting and 3 workshops for agents, which are geared towards getting listings and building the their business.
