If you’re looking for an agent to buy or sell your home, LOOK NO FURTHER! Rochelle is AMAZING and she will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! We were moving to the area from out of state and were in a situation where we needed to sell our previous home prior to buying a new one. Rochelle kept in constant contact to see how things were going while monitoring the market in the towns we were interested in. We received an offer on our old home on a Tuesday and by that Thursday Rochelle had set up 10 homes for us to look at on Saturday. This was crucial to us as my husband had started a new job, we were living apart during that time while trying to sell our previous home, and we were expecting a baby in 1.5 months. She also set up more showings for us on Monday so we could be sure that we had seen everything available to us which fit our needs. She did tons of background work to make sure the offer we were putting in was reasonable and she was committed to making sure that we were comfortable with it and that we were not paying too much. If you can’t already tell, we LOVE Rochelle! She walked us through every step of the way and always kept us up to date. She answered all our questions (some of them multiple times and some that our selling agent should have been answering) and had great access to contractors and was even willing to get us quotes on some work we wanted done on the house. Rochelle’s consummate professionalism and excellence in going the extra mile allowed us to close on both houses the same day without issue and I am positive that this would not have happened without her help! We will be forever grateful for her guiding us through this process! Even once we were moved in (with a 3 yr old and 2 week old) she was able to get an electrician to come out to us immediately in the same during a sweltering heat spell when our air conditioning broke. He actually mentioned to us that without her calling he wouldn’t have been able to respond for several days. We really could go on and on about Rochelle and we cannot thank her enough! As first-time home buyers, we tried to enter the process as educated as possible but nothing can prepare you for the stress and all the ups and downs you experience throughout it all. Our original mortgage company has assigned us to Rochelle Ziegler through one of their programs. Words cannot express how fortunate we are for them to refer us to Rochelle.
We have always been told that home buying especially first-time home-buying will be one of the most stressful times of your like, what an understatement. We couldn't imagine dealing with the process without Rochelle. Our first time under contract on a home our mortgage was denied 2 days before closing and it felt like a complete nightmare. We were discouraged, irritated, and pretty much fed up with the home buying process at this point. Unlike us, Rochelle was ready to move along without skipping a beat. She had worked to get us pre-approved for another loan and found another house which we were scheduled to close on in a couple of weeks. This all occurred in a span of about 3 days. This is not the work of your average realtor. She is extremely proactive, organized, dedicated and most importantly she always makes us feel like we are her only clients.
