We are Full-Time Real Estate Professionals that possess all the qualities to be called your "TOPNOTCH CONCIERGE AGENTS". We are both LISTING Agents as well as BUYER'S Agents. We have an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate markets, we are experienced negotiators (to get you the best price possible, whether you are buying or selling a home), we have all the latest technological advances at our disposal and we are continually educating ourselves either through seminars, webinars or continuing education classes.

 

But most important to us is "YOU". Whether you're BUYING OR SELLING, we will take you from that first baby step to the closing table. We do everything possible to make the transition as easy as possible for you; and we keep you informed every step of the way. We explain to you what we're doing and why we're doing it. Education Associations

I attended the University of Santa Clara, Solano College and Anthony's Business School in California. In 1986 I passed the examination for my first Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of California (which I have kept active ever since). Additionally I hold real estate licenses in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I have had experience working in commercial and residential real estate, in property management, negotiating leases, working with tenants, preparing quarterly and year-end accounting and reconciliations.

Personal Background

I was able to have an extraordinary career in Women's Professional Bowling and can only hope that my hard work and desire that produced great results in bowling will do the same in real estate. The common denominator in both professions is the opportunity to meet and work with numerous people. I also love that like bowling, each transaction has its own uniqueness to it.

I learned much from my father (a Commercial Broker) through his years of experience and love of the business. I worked with him on drafting leases and lease negotiations. I always enjoyed listening when he explained the complex transactions and how the deal was finally closed.

On a personal note, having bowled professionally for almost 25 years I loved to compete, no matter what we are playing. While bowling, I enjoyed traveling and meeting new people at our tournaments across the country. I still enjoy traveling. I love sailing my catamaran at dawn when it's quiet. It feels like I am floating over the water when I am balancing the boat and trying not to tip over. I enjoy people with a good sense of humor and a kind heart. And I enjoy golf, playing the piano and playing with my Airedale puppies, Zoe, Lucy "J" and Lacey.
