Steve joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate after retiring from Eastman Chemical Company as a Senior Team Manager. He was with Eastman Chemical for over 30 years.

A resident of Lexington and Richland counties since the 60's, Steve has extensive knowledge of the Midlands. Married to Rossie for over 30 years, the Bowens have two sons Brad and Casey. Steve and his family enjoy sports, the beach ie: water and sun anywhere, golf traveling, and dancing. A volunteer for Project Pet is one of Steve's many community services.
