Kate Stith is as local as they come. She was born and raised in Charleston and spent her summers on Sullivan's Island. After attending Ashely Hall as well as Foxcroft School in Middleburg, VA, she left the Lowcountry for a few years to attend Clemson University to pursue a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology.

After Clemson, she became an intern at Lowcountry Open Land Trust, and has worked for the Center for Birds of Prey, Germain Dermatology, as well as the Town of Sullivan's Island. While working for The Town of Sullivan's Island she realized she wanted to serve her beloved city in a different way. As a professional realtor she will use her knowledge and expertise of all that the Lowcountry has to offer to give her clients the service they deserve.

When Kate is not helping you reach your real estate goals you can find her spending time with her husband, Sam, and two daughters Baker and Maggie. She may also be baking in the kitchen, completing DIY crafts, or enjoying the beach.
