I have been in the real estate industry for 22 years. I got my start in the mortgage business and have found that very few realtors have that extremely valuable experience. My experience as a Mortgage Underwriter has proven to make me an expert in pricing property as I spent so much of my career approving, denying and underwriting property appraisals. I provide a special asset to both sellers and buyers because of my knowledge in the mortgage field as well as my knowledge as a real estate agent. I pride myself on being honest, extremely responsive and having both happy buyers and sellers on every transaction. I live on a large working ranch in Dripping Springs in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. While I sell residential property on a consistent basis and enjoy all aspects of real estate, my passion lies in luxury properties ranches. I love helping people buy and sell large acre tracts and the excitement that comes with that. Assisting buyers dreams of owning a piece of Texas land is a strong passion of mine.
