More about Tracy Parker
Have you ever felt clueless, confused, and afraid of making the biggest mistake of your life? That's how my husband and I felt 26 years ago searching for our first home. One Saturday, driving through Centerville searching out 'For Sale' signs, we spotted a man repairing a sprinkler in his yard and pulled over to ask a question about his neighborhood. The house-hunting gods were watching over us that day- he donned a smile, shook our hands, and informed us that he was a REALTOR. And boy, oh boy, did he take care of us. He patiently guided us as we searched for 6 months, stopped us from making more than one huge mistake, and helped us get into a wonderful home where we've stayed for over 25 years. The best advice our Realtor Jim gave us was, "Bloom Where You're Planted." Jim set the standard for Realtors in my eyes and I've modeled my business after his example. I'm patient, knowledgeable, and have good sense about huge mistakes. And on top of that, I'm nice! Life is too short to deal with grouches.

My husband and I raised our family in Davis County, and love the friendly community, our children are scattered about now, but will always think of Davis County as home. I worked in education for many years, and after, loved being in the wedding business. I earned my BSA from Weber State University in 2008 in the department of Family Studies and find ways to use my education in Real Estate all the time, it's not hard to apply family dynamics to matching families with homes! I have established myself as a trustworthy, honest, friendly, attentive Realtor and maintaining that reputation is my number one goal. Let me help you buy or sell your home anywhere across the valley, I have fantastic connections in St. George too!
