Business Philosophy
I believe that excellent customer service is the heart of real estate and that is what I provide to each and every client. It is important that each person find the home they are looking for whether that be large or small. The client comes first and foremost in the home searching process because each individual has specific desires and needs. The client always has a frame of time they need to meet and I am always in tune with that. Once you find your desired home you want an agent who can negotiate your terms. I am an excellent negotiator. It is also important to buyers and sellers that the Realtor have great tools available. I can say with confidence that Coldwell Banker has the best tools available for the agent and the client. When you list your home with me it goes over six hundred websites and I have excellent marketing tools to get your home sold. Give me a call as I work tirelessly for you!

Louann Rees
I was born and raised in Adrian, Michigan. My father was a fly boy in WWII that happened to be in Utah where he met my mother at a dance club in SLC. They were married two weeks later in Idaho Falls. My mother went to live with his parents in Michigan and he flew his B24 to Italy where he flew 50 missions. Which do you think was the biggest risk? Since I had roots in Utah I moved here to ski and have been here 31 years. I taught school for a total of 35 years in three different states and retired in 2008. I became a realtor while teaching at Ogden High School. My work effort is strongly driven with honesty, integrity and professionalism. I serve mainly the Weber/Davis communities.
