About Julie Steinmetz

Julie is passionate about life in Utah and she brings that passion to her real estate business. Specializing in lifestyle communities, condominium and residential sales, Julie builds strong relationships with her clients based on trust. Her education, life experiences and contagious energy, combined with Coldwell Bankers professional marketing, networking and support have enabled Julie to provide an outstanding level of service to her clients. Originally from Chicago, Julie came to Utah in 1975 to study at the University of Utah and ski the best snow on earth; She quickly fell in love with Utahs lifestyle and terrain and decided to make Utah her home. Julie graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Coaching. She also earned a Certificate of Mediation and Conflict Resolution, making her a savvy negotiator, and she received a certification in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Julie loves to learn and continues to pursue her interest in the fields of Real Estate, Health and Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her three fabulous children, grandchildren, priceless friends and coworkers.  Julies enthusiasm for life extends well outside of real estate. She is a member of the EWGA. She loves to golf, ski, cycle, kayak and hike. She participates annually in the Multiple Sclerosis 150 Bike Ride and has joined in the fundraising efforts for several organizations including Tee it up for Cancer, "Shred for Red" Leukemia and lymphoma Society and St. Jude Hospital. Julie enjoys meeting and working with a vast array of clientele and feels fortunate to live in a state that is the mecca for outdoor activity.
