Maren Van Vranken joins Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with an emphasis in residential real estate and strengths in marketing and customer service. She has a business marketing and business management degree from the University of Utah and has worked as a marketing intern at Ivory Homes, an Assistant Department Manager at Nordstrom and as a Customer Service Associate for ADP (a payroll services company).

Maren has a passion for real estate and takes the time to find the right home for every client. She is service-oriented and has experience identifying her client’s needs and expectations during their buying or selling process. She ensures her clients are delighted with their real estate experience.

As a Utah native, Maren serves communities throughout the Salt Lake Valley including Sugar House, Harvard/Yale and Fort Douglas areas. She is committed to finding the ideal property for her clients. Maren is thorough and will go the extra mile to ensure all her clients’ questions are answered honestly and in a timely manner.
