The process of helping people find or sell homes is my passion. I love the work that is involved. When placing your home on the market there is so much to know, the stress can be overwhelming sometimes, that is why I am here. I know the market, I know how to best present and advertise your home. I will do all that can to make this process easier and less stressful on you, while still getting you the best return on your investment in a timely manor.
When you are looking to buy a home there are many factors at play. Picking a home is one of the most important decisions you can make in your life. You must think of price, locations, the size of the home, and of course the way it feels. Does it feel like home? This is where I excel, I have the tools and the know how to make sure you end up in the right home at the right price.

about Matthew

Matthew Haws was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley.  As a teenager Matthew was always a champion for those in need, throwing his passion and energy into helping where he could. From organizing a walk run for charity at the age of 14 to benefit research on neurological diseases at Primary Children Hospital, or at the age of 17 organizing a group of teenagers to raise over sixty thousand dollars to build high schools in Kenya Africa. Today Matthew is putting his energy and passions into helping people find their perfect home.

 Matthew is an award winning agent with Coldwell Banker. He will put his knowledge and experience into making your transaction as smooth and painless as possible for you. His marketing skills, or his ability to find the right place to call home makes him an invaluable recourse and advocate to his clients.

 When Matthew isn’t working, you can find him running in City Creek Canyon, exploring all the local coffee shops, or spending time with his friends and amazing family (two dachshunds included).
