Science degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Master of Business
Administration from Georgetown University, Doug has built a highly successful

or Investing, Doug has consistently helped fulfill their dreams.
Doug has a strong, balanced mix of interpersonal skills, depth of real estate knowledge and
excellent math skills, he is able to make these complex real estate transactions easy to understand and with his team complete the transactions in a smooth, timely
manner. When he started his Real Estate career, Doug was honored by the
Dulles Association of Realtors as a top producer in his first year of business. This
level of excellence has continued through his real estate career where he is now
part of one of the most successful teams in the nation. As a 20-year resident of
Loudoun County and 30 years in the DC area, Doug has experience in all facets of
real estate from home sales, to land sales, to large acreage sales, to short sales, to
auctions, to subdivisions with the county ndash; you name it he has done it plus Doug is
licensed in Virginia and Washington DC!
