Brian Sullivan is an accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently, Brian is serving as a Principal Managing Broker at CB Bain Commercial, a role that he has held since June 2011. He has been instrumental in creating a strong and supportive success formula for the brokers, building the next generation of technology into the company's foundation, and continuing the tradition of brand excellence for the Coldwell Banker Bain company.
As a Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial, where he focused on growing the community through commercial real estate. During his11-year tenure, he helped build a culture of high values and focused on "what can I give" instead of "what can I get".
Brian Sullivan began his real estate career in 2002 as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates, where he quickly rose through the ranks due to his focus on doing the right thing at all costs.
Before entering the real estate industry, Brian worked as an Account Executive at Household Finance, where he gained valuable experience in sub-prime lending. He also served as a Sales Manager at Powerhouse Fitness, where he sold record numbers of memberships and eventually transitioned into commercial real estate by being recruited by existing members of the gym.
Brian Sullivan majored in Business at Cascade College (1996-1999) and General studies at Clark College (1993-1995). Brian joined the Clark College soccer team in 1995 and was awarded a soccer scholarship to Cascade College in 1996.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brian has also been active in the community, serving as a board member and fundraiser for the YMCA and Police Activities League of SW Washington and the J Scott Campbell Foundation. Brian has been actively coaching youth soccer and basketball since 2009. He has also been a mentor to high school students with troubled home lives, an experience that he finds to be the most gratifying role he has had as a member of his community.
