She enjoys working with first-time home buyers who need an experienced partner to guide them through an emotional transaction. She has experience with investors and buyers who want to own and occupy investment properties, and she owns and manages her own investment properties. Flo also has special expertise in staging and home decorating.

Education and Training

Flo has been in real estate for over 20 years. Prior to that, she was a registered nurse for 11 years, specializing in orthopedics, post-open heart, trauma, home health, and management. This work instilled in her organization and time-management skills, focus and perseverance, all qualities that have helped her find fulfillment in real estate.
