Hello, I am Deborah “Debbie” Mixon, Realtor with Coldwell Banker. Here’s a little insight of my over 15
years of experience:
- I am a Licensed Realtor in Florida and Alabama.
- I have worked as a legal assistant with attorneys for numerous years helping clients navigate through
the often cumbersome paperwork in real estate closings.
- Mortgage lending was my niche for many years. Working as a Loan Originator, I have great knowledge
of Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA Rural loans, 100% loans. And yes, as of May 2020 there are still 100%
conventional loans available for a primary residence.

Bottom line, beyond my License as a Realtor, I offer expertise in the of closing processes and I
can offer information for the best fit in available loans.
I absolutely love the Panhandle of Florida, where I believe we have the most beautiful white beaches in
the world. People are laid back and you’ll find a lot of southern hospitality in our area. I would love to
