Born in Sweden, she has been a Sarasota resident for more than 25 years. Ulrica is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Her earlier career in information technology, marketing and customer relationship, have highly prepared her with the knowledge and tools involved in virtually all real estate transactions.

Ulrica feels fortunate to live, work and enjoy this beautiful place every day. She is well-connected within the community. Her in-depth knowledge of local attractions and businesses give her a wide circle of influence and community contacts. She supports the local school, and the Sarasota Opera where her daughter is a member of the Youth Opera. Ulrica has enjoyed experiencing a variety of Sarasota communities and lifestyles over the years. For the past 20 years, she has resided in the Museum Area.

Ulrica has earned several designations over the recent years that increases her skills, proficiency and knowledge, and acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors. She holds designations of Graduate, from the Realtor® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certifications.

In 2017, she received the “Rising Star” Award by the Five Star Professional. In 2018 and 2022, she received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award and the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award 2017, 2020, and 2021.
