Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise range from first-time home buyers to people who have lived in their home for many years and are ready to downsize. I am patient and understanding, and willing go the extra mile to help buyers and or sellers realize their goals. I am experienced in working with buyers who want to use FHA financing, FHA 203k renovation, or buy foreclosed homes, as well as those who want to finance using a conventional mortgage. I also am experienced in working with sellers in the delicate and unnerving process of selling the home of a deceased loved-one in order to settle an estate.

Community Involvement

I am a life-long resident of Emsworth Borough, and a life member of the Emsworth Volunteer Fire Company. I continue to serve as an active volunteer firefighter. I also proudly serve as the fire company President and a member of the Board of Directors. During my many years of volunteering, I have also served as Assistant Fire Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Safety Officer. Vice-President, and Treasurer. The community involvement that I have enjoyed over my long volunteer firefighter career has been a very fulfilling experience.
