As Regional President of Coldwell Banker Realty, Joe King provides strategic leadership to 7,981 agents across 94 sales offices spanning Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Arizona, Denver, and Utah. A seasoned real estate veteran, Joe is widely respected for his enthusiastic, people-first leadership style, which continues to be a driving force behind the organization’s sustained growth and success.
Before assuming his current role, Joe served as President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Ohio beginning in 2005, where he led operations for 18 offices and more than 2,000 independent sales associates throughout Central Ohio, Greater Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky. In 2022, he expanded his leadership responsibilities to include the Pittsburgh market, overseeing an additional 11 offices and more than 1,100 independent sales associates across the greater Pittsburgh region.
Earlier in his leadership journey, Joe served as Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Gundaker in St. Louis. His industry impact has been recognized nationally, including being named to the 2019 Swanepoel Power 200, honoring the most influential leaders in residential real estate.
Joe began his real estate career in 1993 as a sales associate with Gundaker Realtors®, where he consistently ranked in the top 1% companywide. In 1999, he was appointed Branch Manager to launch a new office in a developing market. Following Gundaker Realtors’ acquisition by NRT in 2001, Joe was named manager of one of the largest offices within the newly formed Coldwell Banker Gundaker organization.
