There is a marina and a restaurant/Marina is across the street.At The INDIES there are only 10 one bedroom units.They started the second floor and are in pairs side-by-side up to the sixth floor. This is the highest floor in the building, where one bedrooms are available, so has the best view that you can get in a one bedroom unit in this building. Buyer to verify all information during due diligence. The chair in the living room is excluded from the sale.
