Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® Announces Top Sales Associates in Houston for 2015
HOUSTON, TX (March 27, 2016) — Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®, a leading real estate brokerage in the Houston area, announced its top sales associates of 2015 this week.
The Beth Ferester Team of the Woodlands office was named the No. 1 team of sales associates in sales volume, and received the Society of Excellence Team and International President’s Premier Award – the highest award levels earned by a Houston team. Shawn Manderscheid of the Heights office was named No. 1 individual agent in sales volume and received the International President’s Premier award.
Ten individual agents received the International President’s Elite award: Jan Kopfler of Champions, Richard Parr of Clear Lake, Penny Michael of Cypress-Fair, Amy McGee of Greenway Plaza, Rae Lynn White of Heights, Gretchen Barrilleaux of Katy, Nancy Maclas Morales of Pearland, Chris Domangue of the Woodlands, and Jacque Kendrick of Tomball. Both the Jamie McMartin Group of the Katy office and the Zehlewis Team of the Bellaire office received the International President’s Elite Team Award.
The Young Realty Group of Bellaire received the International President’s Circle Team Award, along with three teams from the Woodland’s office: Carruthers & Company, Lisa Gregory & Associates, and Open Door Team.
