More about Bev Shepard
Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Bev Shepard and family moved to Fountain Hills in 1997 and wondered why she had waited so long.
Bev began her real estate career in 1999 as the buyer agent for a well established team. From the beginning, her sincere philosophy was to work for “people” not just deals.
In 2002 she undertook further education to become an Associate Broker and then became a full-service agent in 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Bev served as the Co-Director, then Director, of Fountain Hills weekly MLS marketing sessions. In 2005, Bev was honored to serve as Housing Director for hurricane Katrina relief organization, “Fountain Hills Cares.”
Bev's goal is to sell your home at its highest possible market value or find your dream home that is within your budget by employing her superior negotiation skills and marketing skills. I am your advocate, counselor, and partner throughout our real estate journey together. I understand the turbulent affect that such a process can have and I aim to make it as easy and streamlined as possible.
Bev is very grateful for and to her many wonderful clients. She was the 4th highest selling agent in Arizona for her company in April 2007. Also that year, Realtor.com presented to her their “Award of Excellence.” In 2010 Bev and her husband Gary reluctantly decided join their grown daughters in Colorado, and she became a licensed Realtor there. When the opportunity arose, Bev and her husband were very pleased to return to what Bev calls her “happy place." Bev is happy to be living back in Fountain Hills serving again as the 2019 Director of the regional MLS meetings.
She is very honored to be associated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Broker Martha Appel and all her successful hard working agents. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has the market advantage with all the amazing resources the company has that Bev utilizes to provide unparalleled service to her clients that far exceeds their expectations. She enjoys serving clients all over the eastern part of the Valley of the Sun.
For Bev Shepard, being a Realtor and helping people attain one of their largest life goals, their homes, is truly a labor of love.
