My name is Anthony Hurwitz, but my friends and family call me Tony.

I worked in commercial real estate in California for over nineteen years.  I oversaw the renovation of my family's building in order to procure restaurant and office tenants.  Subsequently, I obtained my salesperson's license, representing landlords and tenants in several commercial leasing transactions.  Before moving to Arizona, I became a real estate broker and as a commercial/residential property manager oversaw forty properties.  I drafted contracts, scheduled inspections, hired vendors and coordinated with escrow/title insurance companies.  

To continue my passion for real estate and to assist clients in Arizona, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty as a sales associate.  I am proud to be affiliated with a brokerage firm that has both global reach and local expertise.  Having handled numerous transactions, I am detail oriented and work closely with clients to consummate the sale of their residence or purchase of their new home.
