Michelle Russell’s path has always centered on service, growth, and helping people move toward their next chapter with confidence. She began her journey as a U.S. Army Finance Specialist, enlisting after high school and developing the discipline, precision, and resilience that continue to guide her work today. After her military service, she attended Marshall University as an Accounting major, building the analytical foundation that shaped the early years of her career.

As a military spouse, Michelle volunteered with the Army’s Employment Information Center, where she supported fellow spouses through job searches and job‑readiness training. That experience sparked a long-standing commitment to empowering others through transition, opportunity, and meaningful work.

Michelle later moved from accounting into Human Resources, where she spent years supporting a wide range of professionals—including medical providers, attorneys, artists, social workers, and individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration. She became known for her ability to help CEOs strengthen culture, credibility, and organizational growth while advocating for people with empathy and clarity.

Her passion for service eventually expanded into real estate. Michelle recently earned her Arizona Real Estate License, bringing her people-first approach, strategic mindset, and steady guidance to clients navigating one of life’s most significant decisions.

Beyond her professional work, Michelle is deeply engaged in community leadership. She is an active member of the West Valley NAACP, serving on both the Health & Wellness and Economic Development committees, where she contributes to initiatives that support equity, access, and long-term community wellbeing.

Creativity is another essential part of who she is. Michelle finds joy in writing, cooking, and crocheting—hands-on ways she expresses care, imagination, and connection.
