A full-time real estate professional with over 20 years of real estate experience, Debbie offers a strong marketing, sales and no- nonsense business background. My real estate focus and deep knowledge base is Southern Arizona.

Detailed oriented in putting together all the pieces from contract acceptance, completion of repairs and getting the sale CLOSED. I've assisted many families in downsizing homes and handling final estate matters - I have the local resource tools to ease the stress in these difficult times.

Personal Background

Bicycle racing first brought Debbie to Arizona in 1986. Warm winters and a dry climate were a welcome change from Ohio where she was grew up.

In 1998 our family moved from Tucson to Green Valley for a smaller lifestyle and schools. Kids are both grown and serving in the Navy and Army.

Debbie is active in many local organizations including Valley Presbyterian Church and the Patio Sale, Greater Arizona Bicycling Association and Tucson Tri-Girls.

I've hiked many trails on the surrounding mountain ranges, completed the Ironman Triathlon in Louisville KY 2X, hold numerous ultra bicycling records and has competed in the Race Across America bicycle race. Most cycling now revolves around riding our tandem on multi-day tours and centuries with my husband Jim McDougall. We also LOVE riding roller coasters!

Green Valley AZ offers a comfortable Active Adult retirement for those seeking a community with many recreational amenities via Green Valley Recreation. Vacation/seasonal homes or a full time residence - Debbie will work to find your perfect home that best meets your needs desires!!

Sahuarita AZ adjoins Green Valley and is primarily a family focused community. Having raised children in the Green Valley/Sahuarita area, Debbie is very familiar with local amenities and what different neighborhoods offer.

Surrounding the Green Valley/Sahuarita area are more rural areas offering acre + home sites - it's especially important to work with an experienced real estate expert knowledgeable about livestock, multiple vehicles, water/well rights, septic systems, road usage, airplanes and many other unique rural details.
