What drives me is how much I love the process of meeting the wants and needs of my buyers and sellers along with those who may just have a question they need answered. And the following work history has enabled me to obtain the negotiating skills and experience to maintain a high level of service.

• Teaching beginner’s guitar
• Waiting tables for several years and getting promoted to general manager at Nashville’s first O’Charleys Restaurant.
• Owning a general contracting business selling and installing storm windows and training sales staff in 3 states.
• In 1997, I became a licensed real estate agent and broker.
• Over 45 years as an elder in my religious affiliation, public speaking and training public speakers Bible based, all as a volunteer.
