Erika Kaiser was born and raised in the Chicago area before moving to Arizona in 1992 to attend Arizona State University (ASU). She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and was highly involved in extracurricular activities during her time at ASU, including serving as Secretary and Vice President of Programs for the American Marketing Association, being a member of Delta Gamma Sorority, and participating in ASU's Danceline.

After graduation, Erika began her career in Beverage Sales and achieved great successes, winning awards such as a Jeep Wrangler for high sales in Mike's Hard Lemonade. She later moved to Denver for a year and transitioned  to Real Estate, becoming a licensed Realtor in California and working in the industry for seven years before returning to Arizona, where she currently works for Coldwell Banker Realty.

Outside of her career, Erika has a passion for travel and has explored many destinations around the world. She enjoys cruising and recently took a Caribbean cruise. Erika's next travel goal is to visit Greece, where she hopes to experience the rich history, beautiful islands, local culture, and delicious cuisine.
