Hello! I’m Julie Sims, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Mesa Gilbert office in Mesa, Arizona. I earned my real estate license in 1994 and have attended many hours of real estate classes and seminars which have helped me gain extensive knowledge on how to assist buyers and sellers through the entire process of buying or selling a home. I specialize in the local areas of the East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gold Canyon.

As an Arizona native and attendee of Arizona State University, I understand how important it is to know the real estate market. My mother, Linda Sims, and I work as a team and together we give 300% to our clients.
