My name is Katy Farol and I am an affiliate agent with Coldwell Banking Realty in Gilbert, Arizona. I specialize in Southeast Valley real estate for Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas.

 

Having purchased and sold a few of my own homes over the years, I understand the amount of time, focus, and effort it takes to go through the process. For some, it can be overwhelming. On a personal note, I have lived in Gilbert for over 20 years and have worked as a payroll analyst with American Airlines for over a decade. This has afforded me the opportunity to travel all over the world with my family. In addition to travel, I also enjoy creating memories in the outdoors camping and hiking with my husband and children.
