Hello! I’m Linda Sims, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Mesa Gilbert office in Mesa, Arizona. A licensed real estate agent of 40+ years, I have attended many hours of real estate classes and seminars which have helped me gain extensive knowledge on how to assist buyers and sellers through the entire process of buying or selling a home. I specialize in the local areas of the East Valley, including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gold Canyon.

I moved from Missouri in 1970 to enjoy the Valley of the Sun and I understand how important it is to know the real estate market. I also understand the importance of being able to listen to what the client is saying and sometimes what they are not saying, and I strive to give excellent customer service to all my clients. I have gained enormous knowledge in our ever-changing market as well as experience in negotiating contracts for both buyers and sellers. I always make sure my clients understand they can trust me and I will always have their best interests above everything.

My daughter, Julie Sims, and I work as a team and together we give 300% to our clients. We stay on top of the market and treat each client with the utmost respect whether they are buying their first home or selling a multi-million-dollar home.
