In 2010, I decided to earn my REALTORS license in order to expand upon my real estate experience as a fix & flipper and a co-owner of a syndicated apartment complex. Helping other people reach their dreams became my passion. Seeing the look on a first time homebuyer's face when they walk into their new castle is one of the greatest pleasures in this business.

Since the end of 2022, I've assisted with over 140 transactions.

My Certifications and Designations:

-GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) This program is through NAR (the National Association of Realtors), the largest trade organization in teh US. This is a generalize program at a Master's Degree level.

-ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) This certification is also through NAR and is specialized training in being a well-rounded Buyer's Agent.

-SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist) This global designation elevates professional standards and enhances performance through ethically representing sellers.

-PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) This NAR certification provided insight into determining a home's value based on honoring the Code of Ethics, finding appropriate comparable properties, and determining related adjustments, market challenges and appraiser's perspectives.

-AHWD (At Home With Diversity) This certification focused on cultural training in the diverse real estate setting.
