Hello, I'm Pat Palmer, an experienced REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Mesa office in Mesa, Arizona. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, Smart Home Certified, a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute and a Luxury Property and Relocation Specialist.

Born in Canada, I moved from Chicago to Scottsdale in 1980 and received my Arizona real estate license. I specialize in golf communities and work on all market levels including first time home buyers, luxury homes, new construction, custom builds, retirement and investment properties. I am a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer in the Southeast Valley including Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Queen Creek and Gold Canyon.

In my free time, I enjoy golfing, painting, glass fusing, fly fishing and hunting.
