As a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, I bring a unique perspective shaped by more than 20 years of experience across the real estate industry, including mortgage lending, housing finance, regulatory compliance, residential development, and investment. My background provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the many factors that influence real estate transactions, from financing and contracts to development, construction, and long-term property considerations.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I built my career in housing finance and real estate-related fields, serving in roles with national financial institutions and the Arizona Department of Housing. My experience includes underwriting and risk analysis, contract administration, complex transaction review, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and managing multifaceted housing transactions involving developers, lenders, attorneys, investors, and government agencies.

In addition to my real estate practice, I am a co-founder of a luxury residential development company focused on custom homes in Arcadia and the Greater Phoenix area. Being directly involved in the development process has provided firsthand insight into the elements that contribute to a thoughtfully designed luxury residence, including site considerations, planning, quality construction, craftsmanship, materials, and long-term property value.

Today, I apply this experience to assist clients throughout their real estate journey, whether they are purchasing their first home, seeking a luxury residence, relocating, or evaluating real estate opportunities.
