Real Estate Philosophy

Buying or selling a home is the largest and most complex transaction that most of us will ever face. It is a significant financial and emotional decision. Having an empathetic real estate partner that navigates and guides you through the buying or selling process will provide you with peace of mind while you reach your goals. Making the process successful requires a real estate partner with strong negotiating skills, mastery of complex agreements, and management of multiple deadlines. But more importantly, it requires a professional with the ability to meet the client’s goals while bringing the parties together to say “Yes.”

Why Me?

I have spent my career as a lawyer advocating for my clients, negotiating contracts, and managing people. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I was in human resources management for a Fortune 100 company. Then I obtained a JD and practiced labor law where I became the managing partner of the Phoenix office of a major international law firm. Later, I obtained an MBA, and worked for three different startup companies developing growth strategies in a variety of industries. Each of these positions gave me problem solving, negotiating and people management skills.

I also know the Valley of the Sun.  I have lived here for more than 35 years. This is where I raised my two daughters, made life-long friends, and became active in civic and charitable organizations. Through Coldwell Banker, I am supported by a team that has sold more than 300 homes across the Valley. Now, I would like to be your advocate and make the case that allows you to reach your goals.
